1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom. The service is not directed to minors or to people outside the United Kingdom.
2. Free social entertainment
Falcon Circuits offers fictional-credit games for entertainment. It does not provide real-money gambling. No purchase is required or available, and no result produces cash, goods, services or any prize of real-world value.
3. Player accounts
Provide accurate information, choose a strong password and keep your credentials confidential. One person may not impersonate another, interfere with another account or use automated methods to manipulate activity. Contact support promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.
4. Play Credits
Play Credits are a limited permission to use an entertainment feature. They are not money or property, have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted, withdrawn or redeemed. Displayed balances may be corrected when affected by an error, duplicated action or prohibited conduct.
5. Game rules and results
Each game page states its field, paths, available Play Credit levels and symbol values. Outcomes are independent. Previous results do not change the likelihood of later results. Visual effects present the completed field and do not create an undisclosed award.
6. Acceptable use
You may not probe security, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, overload the service, scrape it at disruptive scale, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or commercial activity.
7. Intellectual property
The Falcon Circuits name, interface, illustrations, symbols, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms provide a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and changes
Features, catalogues, balances and access may change, pause or end for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular world or feature.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Falcon Circuits is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended when these terms are breached, security is threatened, the law requires it or operation of the service is discontinued. Provisions concerning credits, ownership, disclaimers and disputes survive where their nature requires.
